PPP framework

Public-Private Partnership
[ STRUCTURE ]

KYDS hubs deploy under a Public-Private Partnership: the City of Tshwane provides the premises (land/space pledge), DFI and corporate CSI partners fund the fit-out and operating cost (financial + in-kind pledges), and YiB Network operates the hubs against a five-year governance and outcome agreement.

Annual reporting to PPP counterparts uses a fixed outcome scorecard: jobs created, businesses vetted, capital received, procurement contracts won, training completions.
